Hello! I’m Courtney Adkins, the proud owner and builder behind Freedom Homes, LLC. With over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry spanning mortgage lending, home building, and real estate sales. I’ve developed a deep understanding of the full spectrum of the homeownership journey.

Jason Leep
I’m Jason Leep, owner of Marxmen Construction and a licensed real estate salesperson with Oakland & Company. As a proud Bozeman native with deep roots that go back generations, I’ve dedicated my entire professional life to shaping the real estate landscape of this incredible valley.
My journey began in land development with PC Development, where I learned the foundations of how our communities grow. I went on to specialize in commercial and land brokerage with NAI Landmark Real Estate, building relationships and gaining a keen understanding of the broader real estate market. Eventually, I served as Division President for a multi-state homebuilding company, overseeing operations and helping deliver homes across a wide region.
Through every role, I’ve remained passionate about the Bozeman community. That passion is what led me to launch Marxmen Construction, my fully owned homebuilding company focused on one mission, delivering high-quality, attainable housing to the people who call this valley home.
